Company
Sailthru
The platform for customer insights and personalized communication. Our mission is to build tools that help companies keep users happy and engaged.

Job Description
What we Do:
We give e-commerce and publishing companies a powerful understanding of how their users are thinking, feeling and interacting with/about their product: whether it’s on their site, across mobile devices, on email... everywhere! But, understanding is only part of the solution. Our product also gives those companies powerful tools and strategies to make their users happier based on how they behave, personalizing in order to maximize engagement. How are users interacting with your product? And how can you engage with each of them on a more personalized level? If it’s a publisher’s site that could mean recommending the most interesting article to the user based on their interests, if it’s an e-commerce site it could be visualizations that help them understand customer’s paths towards purchasing an item. We also like to come up with new insights from our unique data. For example, we came up with an algorithm to predict which users are most likely to opt out of an e-mail list and adjust emailing frequency accordingly. Those, and more, are the questions that SailThru is answering!
