Job Description
At Kickstarter, we deal with unique challenges as we support and manage our community of millions. Join us in continuing to define and implement the practices that will be at the heart of trust and safety for our community as they bring creative projects to life.
Your responsibilities will include
Identifying and investigating trust and safety issues or violations across our community, working with our Community team and outside agencies as necessary
Judging appropriate action to be taken in those cases and refining practices and procedures for your team
Keeping a high level of awareness of trust and safety concerns, prevention tactics, and emerging technologies
Create, test, and launch new trust and safety tools and strategies with operations and product teams
Managing a team of trust and safety analysts
You have
A strong background in analytics, research, or investigations
An understanding or familiarity with business law and commerce
Good judgement and the ability to clearly defend decisions
