Job Description
**About The Role**
Developers at Sailthru serve as the main contributors to the growth of our company. At Sailthru you’ll be able to tackle complex challenges of scaling architecture, dive into leading edge technologies, and have strategic impact on architectural features in the product roadmap. Here you’ll be joining a passionate team of engineers, including our CTO who codes alongside the team. We are looking for an experienced developer who will take charge of building key features within our architecture and providing impactful improvements to our system. If that’s not exciting enough you’ll also:
Deliver scalability features.
Contribute to product roadmapping.
Provide mentorship to fellow developers.
**About You:**
Think you’ve got the chops? (We hope so.) You’ll know this is the role for you if you hack on everything, love to solve complex problems, have worked on high volume systems and want to provide thought leadership on a scaling technology. And because you’re an overachiever, you also have:
5+ years of professional experience.
Coded in PHP, Java.
Linux experience.
**Added bonus if you:**
Contributed to open source projects (Please include your github)
Know MongoDB and/or Hadoop
Can hack an arduino while playing ping pong.
