Job Description
As the Social Media Coordinator at BaubleBar, you will be the eyes and ears of BaubleBar's social media team; responsible for the maintaining BaubleBar's core social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and Tumblr) and supporting the Social Media Director and Social Media Manager on ad hoc projects.

We are looking for a multi-tasking wizard with strong writing skills, wit, a knack for organization, and a willingness to learn. Musts: a strong work ethic, exemplary written skills, a love of blogs + jewelry, and an ability to think outside the box.

You:

Live, breathe, and die for social media.
Are really, really organized.
Probably have over 200 blogs in your google reader.
Love fashion... especially jewelry!
Thrive in a fast-paced environment…really, really fast paced
Are already familiar with all of the social media basics - Facebook, Twittter, Tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram... and maybe have your own blog.
Are able to juggle tasks and prioritize assignments
Are highly motivated and a self-starter.
Love jewelry…this one should be fairly obvious. Everyone at BaubleBar is pretty passionate about what we do and about the incredible products we sell
Are proactive. See something that isn’t working? Help fix it!
Consider frozen yogurt it’s own food category.
We:

Are blog and social media obsessed... (duh!)
Love advocating for the customer and will do just about anything to keep our customers happy.
Are all about positive energy – but not in a “let’s feng shui the office” sort of a way
Strongly encourage growth within the company
Believe Friday happy hour attendance should be mandatory
Offer competitive compensation and benefits package
